result of some irregularities discovered in your file and ordered the paying bank, to

true beneficiary of the unclaimed fund.
Two different names and account information were forwarded to our paying bank in
two different occasions with signed power of attorney claiming that you are
incapacitated as a result of ghastly accident you were involved in, that you directed
them to claim your fund on your behalf. The authority of the Apex Bank was alerted
on this incidents and the payment was suspended and cancelled pending when the
real owner will appear in person.
However, we have promised to put in our best, to represent your good interest that
will be needed to re-process your payment and the transfer will be made directly into
your nominated/designated bank account as you may deem fit. To work effectively
and efficiently, we urge you to feed us back with necessary and cogent information
that will empower and enable us reprocess your payment and obtain a Payment
Allocation in your favor so that your fund can be released to your account
unconditionally.
Do indicate how you want to receive your fund as stated bellow;
(1) Certified and endorsed draft.
(2) Bank to bank transfer: (swift transfer).
(3) ATM card payment system.
To enhance and facilitate genuine transfer process, you are requested to forward
the below information:
Your full name and address
Your private phone numbers
Means of identification (either copy of your international passport or driver’s license
or ID)or any other means of identification in order to make sure we are dealing with
the rightful beneficiary.
You are advised to re-confirm your nominated bank account details if you want to
be paid via your nominated bank account and you may also be advised that you get
paid via ATM payment system because of the large amount involved and also for
convenient.
