community in conjunction with the World bank to investigate the unnecessary
delay of an Outstanding Contract with the governments of The Republic of Ghana.
We have been empowered to recommend approval of unclaimed payment on your
behalf if certified as genuine.
During the course of our investigation, we discovered with dismay that payment
has been unnecessarily delayed by some corrupt officials of the Ministry of
Roads and Highways Ghana contract board officiers who are Trying to divert the
beneficiaries' Fund due for contract with The Ghananian government into their
private accounts.
To forestall security of funds payment, this methord has been organized for
safety of funds that we`ve been specifically advised to release payment to
Contractors either by a Telegraphic Transfer into there Designated Account, ATM
Cash Card, Certified Bank Draft or special Cash Delivery. We also agreed with
the Presidency that we will make this payment via the United Nations Accredited
Banker to avoid the hopeless situation created by the Officials of the Previous
Bank.
We are happy to inform you that based on our recommendation your outstanding
Contract Fund of Thirty Seven Million, Two Hundred Thousand United States
Dollars (USD$37,200,000.00) has been credited into an account payee
in your favor with our Accredited Bank's Escrow Account.
