It is understandable that you might be a little bit apprehensive because you do

foreigner to stand as the next of kin so that you will be able to receive the
funds so that the fruits of this old man's labor will not get into the hands of
some corrupt government officials just like that.

come out successful. I shall employ the services of an attorney that will
prepare the necessary document that will back you up as the next of kin, and
also he will be drafting and tarization the WILL and to obtain the necessary
documents and letter of probate/administration in your favor for the transfer.
