This is a personal letter directed to you and I request it should be treated as such.
I am Oma Pela, a solicitor at law. I am
the personal attorney/sole executor to the late MARK HILL , who died in a car crash
with his immediate family on the 5th of
November, 2002.
I have written several letters to the embassies with intent to locate any of his extended
relatives who shall be

client would have wished that part
of his money goes to charity. As a matter of fact, I have reasoned professionally and I

present you as the next of kin to my deceased client as this is legally possible and
would be done in accordance with the
laws of the land.
