The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has alerted the
public on activities of con men 
who parade themselves as Barrister, Bank and Organisation to extort money from
foreigners who have been 
involved in scammed by some unfortunate nigerians.

The warning came at the heels of reports that some unscrupulous individuals
using the
 pretext of screening intending political office holders, have been duping
politicians,
 businessmen and foreigners.
 
The statement further read: "the Commission is cracking down on fraudsters
using the name of Barrister, 
Bank and Organisation to extort money from foreigners and perpetrate other
crimes. 
 
We are aware that you have been contacted by the fake Barrister, Bank and
Organisation through our MICRO SOFT tracking
 agent Mr. Anderson Spencer and Mr. Nathaniel James,this fake Barrister, Bank
and Organisation has been
 directing you to make bad step and also extorting money from you and
instructing you that you have an inheritance
 fund which we want you to forward to this office all emails you have received
so far from this impostors and other people that has been
 extorting money from you, also forward all necessary details so that we can
get this fraudsters arrested and you will get back all the money
 you have spent in all the deals in Nigeria.
 
We need more details from you so that justice must be done because no body is
above the law,
 and also we assure you that your fund will be refunded back to you, all we
need is your co-operation 
and understanding for the progress of our investigation, we are fighting
against financial crime to protect the name of the
 country and also to make the earth a better place for all to live in peace and
harmony, as stimulated by the president of the federal republic of Nigeria
Alhaji Musa Yaradua to pay back all foreigners that
 has been scammed from the government budget reserve account.
