Dear Prospective Agent,
I am Miss Natsuko Daichi, Marketing Manager of Japan Arts and Crafts Inc.,
located in Japan, with Branches in United Kingdom and The Netherlands.
We are a group of Creative Artists and Designers, who deal on
Arts and Crafts and export some of our collections into
America/ Canada/ Africa /Europe and Asia.
Due to the Increasing number of clients that we have in the U.S.A,
Canada and Europe,we are having difficulty in reaching all of our
clients, therefore we decided to employ representatives to help us get
to our clients.
We are seeking to recruit full and part time agents,who shall be
in two categories.
Category A, shall be known as Sales and Distribution Agents and shall
be incharge of sales and distribution of our goods to our customers
and clients in their region.
While category B, shall be in charge of processing of accounts recievables
from the sales made by agents in A, and also be incharge of paying
commssions to agents in category A.
As our representative,you shall serve as a link between us and our
clients and you will also be responsible for sales and or collection
of payments on our behalf.
You shall have 7% commision for every transaction you carry out or
payment that you collect on our behalf.
