I as an Executor of late Ms. Claire Jones's "WILL", I hereby inform you that you were stated as a beneficiary to a bequest of US$19,720,000.00 (Nineteen Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand US Dollars) lodged with African Development Bank (ADB) as contained in the last testament of the deceased. The late Gerald Palmer until his death was a former Managing Director and pioneer director of a big construction company in Africa and later in his retirement years invested in extensive rice farming. The late Husband of Mrs. Claire Jones in his life time had established himself as a wealthy farmer in Asia where he exported rice and other poultry produce. He was a very dedicated man and a great philanthropist during his lifetime. He involved himself in helping people by giving investment loans in agriculture and other ventures. Late Claire Jones died on 14th June 2005 at the age of 76 and was buried on the 21st of June 2005. She was an African/American, lived in Africa/Asia all through her active years of philanthropy but later moved down to England due to long-term illness where she died. She was married but without a child, she lost her Husband in 1988 due to lung cancer. In her last words as stated in her last testament that "it is my desired wish to see that the poor and less privileged are given assistance by any means and limit this token could go, especially in Asia, Africa and South America having seen it all myself". She therefore advised that this amount be" invested and then part of the proceeds be used in the work of Charity".
